The teachings ascribed to Sage Amenemope (may have lived during the same time period as Sage Ptah Hotep) are a great and rigorous text that addresses the human condition in its various aspects.  The central thesis is of good conduct and righteous action in day to day life.  In as such it is a treatise on Maat Ari (Righteous Action) and supports and compliments the assertions of Sage Ptah Hotep with reference to the power of teachings examined by Sage Dua Khety. This treatise is a great work in the Kemetic Wisdom genre and holds profound revelations regarding the nature of human existence and the qualities needed to evolve spiritually.
